GCK Low Voltage Draw-out Switchgear is composed of two parts: a power distribution center (PC) cabinet and a motor control center (MCC). It is suitable for power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and other power users.It is used for power distribution, motor control, and lighting distribution equipment for energy conversion and distribution control.

2.High Breaking Capacity & Short-Circuit Withstand Performance: Horizontal busbar rated short-time withstand current up to 80kA, peak withstand current 176kA. Vertical busbar also offers 50kA/110kA withstand capability, ensuring stable operation under extreme conditions such as short circuits.
3.Modular Drawer Units: Standard drawer units are available in five sizes: 1/2, 1, 2, 3, and 4 units. Supports hot-swapping for quick maintenance and functional adjustments, enhancing system availability.
4.Intelligent Monitoring & Control Interface: Optional smart power meters and communication management modules support real-time monitoring of electrical parameters. Compatible with automation systems via protocols such as Modbus and Profibus for remote monitoring and energy management.
5.Multi-Level Safety Interlocking: Features four positions: "Service," "Test," "Isolated," and "Withdrawn." Equipped with dual mechanical and electrical interlocks to prevent misoperation and ensure personnel safety.

Q1: Can the GCK switchgear be used in high-altitude areas?
A: Yes. It can operate normally at altitudes up to 2000 meters. For altitudes above 2000 meters, derating design according to standards is required, and we can provide corresponding solutions.
Q2: Does it support multiple motor starting methods?
A: Yes. It can be configured with various motor control units such as direct-on-line starters, star-delta starters, soft starters, and variable frequency drives as needed.
Q3: Is the IP40 protection level suitable for humid environments?
A: IP40 is suitable for general industrial environments and protects against solid objects ≥1mm. For humid or dusty environments, a higher protection level or additional environmental control measures are recommended.
Q4: Does it support cabinet extension through parallel arrangement?
A: Yes. The cabinet adopts a standardized modular design, supporting multiple cabinets in parallel for easy system expansion and functional combination.
Q5: What is the typical order lead time? Are customizations accepted?
A: Standard configuration orders have a lead time of approximately 15–25 working days. We support non-standard customizations, including special dimensions, colors, functional configurations, etc., subject to scheme negotiation.
