FAQ

Q1: What should be considered when using the product in low-pressure (high-altitude) areas?
A: At altitudes > 1500 meters, reduced air density affects external insulation and heat dissipation. High-altitude adaptive design is required, including: increasing electrical clearances and creepage distances, evaluating component derating, enhancing heat dissipation design, or increasing gas chamber operating pressure. Please specify the altitude when ordering, and we will provide an adapted solution.
Q2: Does it support motorized operation and remote monitoring?
A: Yes, fully supports it. All switching modules can be optionally equipped with motorized spring operating mechanisms. Adding intelligent controllers enables remote switching, status monitoring, fault location, and data telemetry, meeting smart grid and unmanned operation requirements.
Q3: Does the absence of potting in the primary circuit affect insulation reliability?
A: No. The product employs a triple-insulation design: "Air primary insulation + Vacuum interrupter + Gas chamber micro-positive pressure protection". The air-insulated structure is mature and reliable; the gas chamber provides sealed protection against dust and moisture; and the vacuum interrupter handles switching duties. This design avoids issues related to aging of solid insulation materials and facilitates easier fault inspection and maintenance.
Q4: What are the application sites for this product?
A: Widely used in distribution systems with voltages up to 12kV, including urban distribution networks, industrial/mining enterprises, commercial buildings, data centers, new energy power plants, rail transit, ports, and airports. Particularly suitable for locations with stringent environmental requirements, limited maintenance resources, or space constraints.

3.Altitude: ≤ 1500 meters (conventional type, under standard inflation pressure), special instructions are required for>1500 meters;
4.Special conditions: For special operating conditions beyond the normal operating environment, we can negotiate with our company in advance.
